Michael S. Sheitelman, Esq.

Drawing on his experience as an attorney at a leading law firm and as in-house counsel for one of the largest developers/homebuilders in the country, Michael S. Sheitelman focuses his practice on transactional work with an emphasis on the acquisition, disposition, financing, development, construction, leasing and operation of vacant, office, retail and industrial properties. In addition, he has experience in the acquisition and sale of businesses through stock and asset based transactions.

Mr. Sheitelman holds a Juris Doctor degree from Capital University School of Law where he graduated cum laude; an LL.M degree in Real Property Development from the University of Miami School of Law; and an LL.M degree in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center where he graduated with distinction.

Mr. Sheitelman is admitted to practice law in Florida (1999) and in New Jersey (1996).
